1315 GRAVIER, NEW ORLEANS, LA

1315 Gravier Street, previously known as the Warwick Hotel, had sat abandoned since 2005 after the destruction of Hurricane Katrina. This was one of the last large, blighted properties in Downtown New Orleans to be acquired for redevelopment. Sitting directly across from City Hall, this property was acquired in 2019 and consists of a 12-story, 130,000 square foot hotel.

Completed in December 2021, the property was converted into a 154 apartment complex with ground floor retail space, which Tulane University occupies for student housing.

THE CATAHOULA HOTEL, NEW ORLEANS, LA

A partnership with Kupperman Companies. 

A seductively renovated 1845 Creole townhouse, The Catahoula Hotel is a boutique hotel that makes the most of its historic bones in just 43 fresh and airy rooms in the heart of the New Orleans CBD.

The hotel features Piscobar, New Orleans’ only Peruvian bar, the Rooftop Terrace, a rooftop bar and event space, a cozy courtyard, and the Piscobar Kitchen, a restaurant that features noodles, dumplings and other asian cuisine. Kupperman Companies acquired the hotel in 2020 from its original owners and repositioned it as The Selina Catahoula.

Former Americas Best Value Inn which was converted into a 130 unit affordable housing project. The project received funding from MDHC and is currently fully stabilized.

Acquired in October 2024 in partnership with Adam Berger Development and the Avodah Group. The property has 112 units including studios, 1 bd, 2 bd.

 

The property will be converted into a middle income apartment complex.
